Ricky Brigante's Disney Dream Job Experience
How it happened...
In January of 2007, Disney and Career Builder announced they were to hold a contest in which
25 lucky winners would get the chance to experience their Disney dream jobs for a day at the
Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, CA. There would be five winners in each of five job categories:
Pirate, Princess-in-Waiting, Haunted Mansion Butler/Maid, Parade Performer, and Jungle Cruise
Skipper.
To enter, would-be Cast Members had to upload a video resume/audition to YouTube. Judges from
Career Builder selected 20 finalists from hundreds of entries and left it up to the world to vote for
their favorite videos.
After weeks of voting, the 25 winners were announced... and I was one of them!
I finally got my chance to become a Haunted Mansion Butler!

Now that it's over...
This page is here to document my Dream Job experience as an Honorary Cast Member at Disneyland's Haunted Mansion, where I was a butler for two days.
