Whew. It’s been a while since I’ve posted here. Though it seems like months, it’s actually only been around 2.5 weeks. Since the last post, I have:

• Finalized the Fall 2009 issue of Orlando Attractions Magazine (it’s coming back from the printer any day now);
• Gone to California for the Haunted Mansion 40th anniversary event and the D23 Expo (don’t miss all my videos and posts about that amazing event here);
• Caught up on editing videos including this one from Disney’s Bay Lake Tower and this fun one from the Pirates League and the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique;
• Attended the opening of Kouzzina, the new Greek restaurant at Disney’s Boadwalk Resort (and interviewed chef Cat Cora);
• Previewed some new menu items for this year’s Epcot Food and Wine Festival (my post about that is coming tomorrow).

And now I’m getting ready for Howl-O-Scream at Busch Gardens and Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios at the end of this week. I’ll also be visiting the Twilight EyeCon convention on Friday.

It’s been an exhausting but extremely fun couple of weeks. I hope to get back to posting on here more once this week’s events are done and I have some more free time. I managed to find a couple hours of downtime tonight during which I entertained myself by coloring and baking some Ghostbusters Shrinky Dinks…

Slimer even glows in the dark. Unfortunately, neither of these photos have a frame of reference so you can’t tell that in the top photo the colored images are around 3-4″ tall whereas in the bottom image they have shrunken down to around 1″ tall.

Yes, this is what I do at 2 a.m. for fun.
