More than a week has passed since the transmission in my car died and I still don’t have it back… but not because they’re fixing it. It has simply been sitting at the Honda dealership with nothing being done to it. I asked for “goodwill” assistance from Honda, as I read they will occasionally offer one-time help for their customers on the price of expensive fixes like this. But it’s a slow process to get approved, apparently. So in the meantime, half of our garage is empty, allowing Michelle more room to park her car. I think that’s the only upside to this mess.
