After hearing so very much about how amazing of a show AMC’s Mad Men is supposed to be, I picked up the first three seasons, unseen, on Blu-ray for a good price on Black Friday. Now, a couple months later, Michelle and I are finally getting around to watching them. After 4 episodes, I’m undecided as to how much I like the show.

The characters are interesting and it’s entertaining to watch them develop, but I haven’t quite been drawn in as much as the hype would have led me to believe I’d be. I don’t see the fascination with it quite yet. I’ll keep watching, mainly because I bought the discs, but I’m not sure I would still be if it was just another TV show.
