Comments on: Buyer Beware: Don’t buy from CCG Armory

Hello everyone. I’ve recently been getting the run around from CCG Armory (non-responses, and claims that things would be rectified but have gone nowhere) for the past 5 months. When they finally shipped my item, it was missing pieces and I was told I would have them sent to me. This was months ago. As a result I will be filing a claim with the United States Postal Service. The reviews I have read about CCGArmory indicate to me that this is a company with a long history of exploiting customers, leaving us litte recourse but to actually file charges of mail fraud against them. I’m providing information to you all that I’m using in my own case in the event that any of you would like help in rectifying ways that CCGArmory has cheated any of you:

Ebay has a long list of resources on their support site that guide you through how to file a claim with the USPS, along with the criteria needed in order to file. I hope this helps all of you in rectifying the horrendous treatment we’ve received by CCGArmory.

That’s a drag, and I can’t explain what happened to your order, but I’ve ordered MANY times from this company and have never had anything but excellent service and fast shipping.

Similar experience here. They really are appalling and obviously have little interest in maintaining a customer base. There’s a reason why Amazon and other larger websites will always have return customers while these cowboys will eventually find the law knocking on their door.

I had a VERY similar problem with them, they never shipped my product and I’ve been trying to contact them for over a month. I finally went to paypal and disputed the transaction. My boyfriend had his heart set on this ultra-cute plush Cthulhu pillow, and we still haven’t gotten it. Try Paizo Publishing, they sell a lot of the same stuff and are dependable.

I had the same issue with them. They don’t answer the phones. Emails only get replied to once a week. They sent the wrong item. The number I ordered are suddenly unavailable. They won’t refund me. They wouldn’t send the right product. Worst experience ever.

Obviously, though, Amazon’s not the best place to find collectibles, so I’m kinda glad I’m not into that sort of thing. Sorry to hear about this!
