Mike Tyson’s Punch-Out!! is up there with Super Mario Brothers and The Legend of Zelda in my most-played Nintendo games category. Now, the comedy-filled boxing game is coming to the Nintendo Wii and in style with…
As soon as I heard that Punch-Out!! was coming to the Nintendo Wii, I was excited but worried that one of my favorite classic games would be ruined by too much arm-flailing. Fortunately, Doc Louis is here to explain the simplicity of the controls:
In addition to coach Doc Louis, Little Mac has also returned to go a few more rounds against characters like Glass Joe, Von Kaiser, and King Hippo:
But if just buying Punch-Out!! isn’t enough to satisfy you, Amazon is also selling two exclusive items that are sure to excite any Punch-Out!! fan:

The Heavyweight Contender Kit is a separate purchase from the game, not a bonus item and is packed with irresistible Punch-Out!! collectibles. For $34.99, it includes four items:

You can purchase the Heavyweight Contender Kit here.
Amazon is also selling a collectible Little Mac Boxing Glove for the low price of $89.99:
As fun of a collectible as the boxing glove is, I’m not sure I can shell out that kind of cash for it, but the Heavyweight Contender Kit may be too good to pass up.
Punch-Out!! comes out for the Nintendo Wii on May 18.

I’ve been so excited about this game! It will definitely be the first game in a long time that will actually get me to dust off my Wii!!!
When I first got my Wii, I definitely had to purchase the Super Mario Bros. and Punch Out! Virtual Console games, so I really hope this modern day version will do the original version justice. Brings back the old NES memories!
