While not everyone recognized Carly the Cardinal from last week’s flashback, I guarantee most of you know Chairry from Pee-Wee’s Playhouse. But I bet most of you don’t know that…

You can have your own official Pee-Wee Brand Chairry!

Before we get to the pictures of the best piece of furniture I may ever own, here’s a refresher on who Chairry is, courtesy of the Pee-Wee’s Playhouse theme song and introduction:

Now that you’ve re-familiarized yourself with Chairry, behold the ultimate in retro childhood dreams come true:

Yes, I now own Chairry, thanks to my wife who found this furniture masterpiece on eBay. She is approximately 31″ tall x 23″ wide and “life size” for a child… but still big enough for an adult to comfortably sit in. Surprisingly, the foam that comprises Chairry’s cushion, back, and armrest has withstood the test of time very well. This particular one was kept in storage for the last 20 years or so and arrived in amazing condition -- all for the low price of around $75 + shipping!

Now, I know what you’re thinking: “Where can I get a Chairry of my own?” My suggestion would be to click here to search eBay. After all, that’s where this one came from!

Unfortunately, the only one that’s listed right now is a bit torn up, but I have seen several different ones posted over the last few weeks. So, as with anything on eBay, persistence is the key to scoring something as cool as your very own Chairry.
