Bad customer service is a real pet peeve of mine — I thought I might share some short bad experiences periodically.
Went into a take and bake pizza shop chain called Papa Murphy’s yesterday evening. The young guy ringing up the orders at the register was wearing iPod earbuds. Maybe it shouldn’t have surprised me he got my order wrong, eh? Nothing says I don’t care about you as a customer more than earphones….

There was a pizza place down the street from me that had some of the worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Notice I wrote there *was* a pizza place. Fortunately, people generally don’t stand for poor customer service ultimately leaving the shop to go out of business.

And if you wish to keep going there because the food is good then you speak with the management. But if the food isn’t “awesome” then take your dollars elsewhere. They’ll be out of business soon enough if the business doesn’t care about the customer.

Seriously?? Wow! I would have had a word with the manager.
