Inside the office of a Disney illustrator

From orlandomagazine.com:
Don “Ducky†Williams is a “character illustrator†who has
been with Disney for 27 years—and who has been in his
current office in Celebration for about six.
Williams’ paintings of Disney characters adorn much
of the company’s advertising. If you’ve seen
a billboard with a Disney character on it, chances are it’s
one of his.
Orlando Magazine has a feature online profiling the offices of local residents. I found this one the most interesting. I’m sure he could make some money giving tours of his home office if he wanted to. Click the link to read the whole article.
TweetThe Simpsons at Universal: Don’t get too excited just yet!
From themeparkinsider.com:
News I received from an attendee at the “Behind Closed Doors” at the Orlando Tourist Board Meeting, held at the Orange County Convention Center, on Tuesday, April 24th.:
Aparrently, Universal Studios have admitted that the New Simpsons Ride will be a very cheap re-fit of the Back to the Future Ride, incorporating existing fittings, especially the cars.
The overhaul and relaunch of the ride is to be as cheap as possible due to NBC’s Minimal Spend approach.
This would be similar to the Jimmy Neutron Ride, which replaced Hanna Barbera a few years back!
What a surprise. I can’t wait to see what a Delorean looks like painted pink and banged up to resemble Homer Simpson’s car.
