Freeze Dried Movies reports that next week the plan is to blow it up, specifically one of the several models they own of the vehicle, being used again in “The Dark Knight,” will be exploded.

The cause of the explosion is anyones guess right now – but it has no relation to the scenes filmed at the Chicago Post Office last week or the subsequent accidental fire which broke out.

Shooting in Chicago has now wrapped and full on principal photography is scheduled to commence in London next week.
